With three decades of global commercial leadership spanning hardware, software, and services, Ms. Hollenbeck provides the Board with direct, operator-level expertise in scaling go-to-market organizations across sales, marketing, and customer success. Her track record of building and transforming high-growth technology brands directly supports Lightspeed's global expansion of its retail and hospitality platforms.

Ms. Hollenbeck is currently President and Chief Business Officer of NextSilicon, leading global commercial operations for this venture-backed company in the high-growth area of AI infrastructure. Prior to this she served as President and Chief Commercial Officer of Check Point Software, leading global commercial operations across a 3,000-person organization. Her previous experience includes being the first CMO of Cerebras Systems and as Senior VP and CMO of Oracle. She spent over 20 years at Intel in senior global roles, including Corporate VP & GM of Data Center Sales & Marketing, and VP & GM of Intel China; roles in which she was accountable for well over 10B USD in revenues.

She brings established board experience, having served as an Independent Director at Blackbaud (Nominating & Governance Committee) and previously at Check Point Software. She also served as Executive Chair of LayerX Security (acquired by Akamai Technologies) and currently serves as an Independent Director of Cequence Security. Her non-profit work includes serving on the Board of the Asian-Pacific Fund and being an advisor to the Women in Leadership Program at California State University (East Bay). She holds an MIM from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Finance from Boston College.
