Before joining Lightspeed, Martin was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she partnered with leadership teams across industries to define long-term strategic ambition, drive large-scale transformations, and build enduring capabilities that improve both top- and bottom-line results. She is known for translating complex strategic priorities into clear execution plans and for helping organizations embed disciplined operating models that deliver sustainable performance.
